Sean DeRoest practices general liability and civil litigation. While at Barron & Pruitt, he has gained substantial experience defending insurers, insureds, and self-insureds.
Mr. DeRoest earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from University of Nevada, Reno in 2017, and received his J.D. from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Mr. DeRoest clerked for Barron & Pruitt, LLP for two years and also defended clients in the Misdemeanor Clinic in the Thomas and Mack Legal Clinic under the direction of future U.S. District Judge Anne Traum. He also holds a credential for forty-hours of Basic Mediation Training.
