Joseph Meservy focuses his practice on civil litigation. During law school, Joseph competed in moot court competitions and externed for two federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. He also served on the editorial board of a law review and earned a spot on the Moot Court Honors Council. Since joining Barron & Pruitt, Joseph has gained substantial experience in a practice emphasizing the defense of insurers, insureds and self-insured entities in complex litigation and appeals. As a third-generation Nevadan, he finds particular satisfaction in serving the needs of local businesses and individuals.
